Are we in a movement, or a moment? At the River, we learn how to participate in God’s story of redemption and growth. We’ll join Israel’s crossing into the Promised Land, and learn their lessons at the Jordan!
Health and Safety
Due to the state of Washington’s Phase 3 COVID-19 protocols for religious gatherings, there are a few considerations to have in mind before you attend our service this Sunday:
Masks are required at all times, for all participants. This includes fellowshipping, singing, and sitting, even while outdoors.
Social distancing will be enforced whenever possible, including in our seating arrangement. Families will be allowed to sit together, but any other individuals or groups will be asked to sit 6 feet apart during service.
We will be worshipping outdoors, and seating will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or any other personal seating for your comfort.
Please take into account that childcare will not be provided.
This worship arrangement will certainly be unlike any worship service in the history of our church! Regardless, God will be praised and our spirits will be lifted by the Resurrection story! Your compliance with these protocols will create a safe atmosphere for worship and appropriately obey the “rulers with authority” (Titus 3:1) who have thoughtfully laid out these restrictions.
If these conditions are not amenable to you for any reason, we will also livestream our worship service on Facebook! Regardless of how you are able to worship with us, we are excited to share in the Resurrection Sunday with you!
